ALBERT HOWELL
SALES MANAGER
My name is Albert Howell and I am the Sales Manager here at Patterson Fan Company. I graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Marketing. I started working for Patterson in March of 1994.
I started in Regional Sales with no contacts or customers and have since built a database of over 2000+ contacts. In 1996, I was the top producer for my group and was promoted to Major Accounts Manager, managing 25 accounts. After two years, I was then promoted to National Accounts where I was responsible for 10 large distribution and packaging handling corporations. During that time, I established Patterson Fan’s first signed National Account agreement. In 2005, I was promoted to one of six Regional Account Managers, and then in 2009 I became Sales Manager for all of Regional Sales.
In addition to my current responsibilities, I’ve been tasked to lead a new group to target the growing number of online retailers that are expanding and building. We want to ensure that these companies receive the attention and knowledge of our staff that they deserve. I’m excited about this new group and the potential it holds.
I’m married to my wife, Tara, of 18 years and have two precious daughters, ages 14 & 17. We enjoy spending time with family, as my twin brother and I are the youngest of eight children. We also enjoy boating on Lake Murray, SC, traveling to the beach, mountains, Disney World, and attending the University of South Carolina football games on Saturdays in the Fall.
